Activities

Client Reporting & Consulting.

You manage ongoing client relationships, provide regular reporting and consulting services, and lead meetings, pitches, and strategic presentations

Implementation of Account Strategy.

You ensure the implementation of account strategies that align with client goals and objectives, driving strategic initiatives to enhance satisfaction and growth.

Delivery Team Set-up and Planning.

You set up and plan delivery teams, define roles and responsibilities, ensure effective project and task planning.

Team Lead.

You manage and lead the team, provide support and coaching, conduct reviews and development talks, and foster learning and personal development within the team.

Delivery Operations.

You oversee delivery operations, including key processes, roles, and responsibilities, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Utilization of Client Budgets.

You manage account budgets, ensure timely planning and reporting, and optimize budget utilization to achieve account goals.

Opportunity and Lead Generation.

You contribute to generating opportunities and leads, identify potential areas for business development, and collaborate with Business development team to pursue new leads.

Requirements

Experience.

You have several years of experience in service delivery and leading teams to achieve excellence. You have a proven track record of building successful client relationships in a B2B
environment by delivering outstanding results in complex global projects. A background in project management and delivery is beneficial, especially within an agency or consultancy setting.

Digital savviness.

You understand the challenges large corporations face with digital transformation and have a profound understanding of the digital landscape. You love to dig into the details and complexity
of our clients’ worlds and to collaborate hands-on with the teams. Experience with MarTech stacks (e.g. CMS, DAM systems, and PIM solutions, etc.) is advantageous.

Drive for impact.

You take full accountability and ownership of your role, consistently achieving KPIs and OKRs. You deliver excellent results with an action-oriented and quality-focused approach.

Communication.

You interact confidently in an international, dynamic surrounding and are experienced in presenting and communicating professionally to client teams and senior stakeholders. Fluent English
skills both verbal and written required, German skills advantageous.
