Your Tasks:
- Creative development and implementation of ideas and concepts for our social media platforms including participation in brainstorming sessions, concept meetings for social media content
and campaign shootings - Conducting photo and video shoots both in our in-house studio and externally including conceptualization and storyboard creation
- Post-production of content from social media campaign shoots with a focus on Instagram (organic + paid) and TikTok
- Editing and post-production of photos and videos including cutting, color correction, sound design and adding effects
- Supporting graphic design in creating image content, including posts, banners and ads, as well as editing photos through color corrections, retouching, and adding graphic elements such as
text or stickers - Ensuring high quality and consistency of all visual content
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed Bachelor’s degree or completed training in graphic design, media design, communication design, film production or similar
- Several years of experience in graphic design, videography, photography and video editing, as well as experience with cameras and studio equipment
- Extensive knowledge of common design and editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom) and/or similar programs
- Fluent English skills spoken and written
- A high degree of flexibility and good handling in a fast-paced work environment
- A passion for creativity and innovation with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Independent and structured working style as well as team spirit
- Hands-on mentality and no fear of getting involved in shooting
