Join us as a Technical Sales & Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) in our Customer Success team on a shared journey that matters!

You’ll play a key role in bridging our Ridepooling product solutions with our valued licensing customers. Working closely with the Director of Customer Success and departments like Marketing,
Product, and Business Development, you’ll ensure our solutions meet market needs and exceed customer expectations. Be come part of a team that’s shaping the future of mobility!

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary link between our product development teams and customers to bridge the gap effectively.
  • Research and evaluate market needs and industry trends to provide valuable insights and feedback to the team.
  • Assist in the sales and customer management process to ensure smooth and efficient operations .
  • Ensure customer success by guiding our customers in using our software solutions to achieve their goals.
  • Develop and maintain manuals, FAQs, and other content to support customer needs.
  • Conduct training and onboarding sessions to help customers get started and maximize their use of our products.
  • Deliver detailed product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Closely collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Business Development stakeholders to align efforts and achieve common goals.

What will help you to fulfill your role

  • You have a proven track record in a customer success or technical sales role, preferably within the SaaS mobility industry
  • You have a deep understanding of SaaS products and the capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • You are a good communicator and can present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • You have a strong focus on understanding and addressing customer needs , with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, particularly in building up our tech sales team and exploring new opportunities.
  • You are organized with a structured approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Experience in mobility and/or product development is a plus.
  • You speak German and English fluently.
