What you will do to help drive the energy transition: You will lead, motivate, assess, and develop a team of two business development managers (m/f/d) and one sales account manager
(m/f/d) You will supervise and support new growth partnerships to increase revenue and enhance brand positioning You will prepare for and participate in industry fairs related to
e-mobility, PV, storage, and new energy models across global management markets (Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland) You will work on hardware products (sB 10, sB 10
performance, FlexStack) You will proactively manage escalated issues including after sales, technical support, marketing, customers, or processes You will build and manage strong
relationships with internal stakeholders to coordinate the execution of new product launches (hardware and software), market entries, and services You will prepare relevant documents
for internal communication and reporting You will collaborate with the marketing manager (m/f/d) on promotional campaigns, lead quality follow-ups, and activities supporting product
launches to boost brand awareness and lead generation You will contribute to refining the go-to-market strategy by collaborating with market intelligence, assessing market feasibility,
and prospecting for new partners What you will need on that journey: You hold an academic degree You have several years of professional experience in sales and business development You
command a profound understanding of sales and entrepreneurial thinking Ideally you have technical expertise in storage, PV or any relevant hardware A background in the energy industry
is a plus You are willing to travel to visit partners in Europe You speak English fluently, additional languages are an asset What you can expect at sonnen: An atmosphere of openness,
