Student Assistant – MBA Programs

Our MBA Programs team is responsible for the various MBA programs ESMT offers, including Full-Time MBA, Part-Time MBA, Global Online MBA, Executive MBA and Telekom MBA. To support the team,
we are looking for a
Student Assistant – MBA Programs
(m/f/x, 20 hours/week, 14€/hour, to start as soon as possible)
You will
- Support program managers with organizational and administrative tasks
- Support program participants in-person (on campus) and online
- Prepare program documentation for our participants and manage content on our learning management system (Insendi, Moodle)
- Maintain databases of current and past program participants
- Support the program managers in the preparation and delivery of events (program orientation, social events, graduation, etc.)
- Carry out research on various topics
- Prepare and disseminate surveys as well as review and share findings
- Support the Lead Program Manager in projects and tasks when needed
- Report to the Lead Program Manager
You are qualified for this position, because you
- Will remain enrolled in a full-time bachelor or master program for at least the next 12 months
- Are fluent in English
- Are detail-oriented and enjoy working with people
- Possess excellent MS Office skills and a logical mindset
- Are well-structured, have an attentive approach to organization, time, and office management
- Are able to work independently and willing to take initiative
- Are able to manage and keep track of multiple tasks/projects across different programs at a time
- Desired but not essential: experience with learning management systems (Insendi, Moodle), survey software (Qualtrics), and/or CRM systems (Salesforce)
