The role:

We’re looking for a Strategy and Operations Program Manager, focusing on Connectivity topics. This is a full-time role, reporting to our Global Connectivity Team Manager.

Your targets (not exhaustive): API performance (e.g. error rate), technology adoption (e.g. Supplier Registration over API), Business & Engagement topics (e.g. revenue from new
activities, and response rate). It’s expected to be at least three days per week in our Berlin office.

You will:

  • [30% of time] Manage and refine GetYourGuide’s connectivity partner program [ link ], e.g. defining metrics, scoring, and rewards criteria; creating long term
    strategy to maximize program success; developing partner assets; and leveraging Connectivity Partners to deliver against Team / Company OKRs
  • [30% of time] Define and execute initiatives with connectivity partners to scale GetYourGuide’s selection (i.e. # of activities offered), e.g. implementing joint
    marketing campaigns, identifying new opportunities to acquire activities from existing partners
  • [10% of time] Manage internal and external communication, e.g. new feature releases and existing feature adoptions to Connectivity Partners, updates on Connectivity
    topics to internal stakeholders (e.g. sales teams)
  • [20% of time] Conduct analyses and build dashboards, e.g. Connectivity Partner Program dashboards to track defined metrics for a given program year, Error Rates
    Dashboards to track error rates across top offenders
  • [10% of time] Setting up and keeping all related documentation up to date as a core pillar of the team’s scalability, e.g. Supported Systems Page, Internal

Who you are

  • You have 3+ years of experience in management consulting or 5+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy or Marketing in a high performance environment, ideally in a marketplace or
    SaaS company
  • You are a self-starter with excellent commercial acumen, nothing holds you back from executing on a project with a test and learn mindset
  • You are analytical and excel at breaking down complex problems into clear and actionable milestones
  • You are not intimidated by data, and use it to facilitate your work using tools such as Excel, Looker, Power BI
  • You are able to proactively deal with high ambiguity, and don’t need to be told what to do, and how to do it
  • You excel at managing cross-team projects and getting multiple stakeholders on the same page, creating engagement and efficient processes.
  • You have a good understanding of the Online Travel Agency landscape and the importance of connectivity is a plus.
  • You have an affinity for technology and proven experience with API’s is a plus.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You speak and write English fluently (additional languages are always a plus!)
