Tasks
- Lead the training and development of new solar DC-installers
- Review completed Solar DC installations for quality assurance
- Participate in the development of training materials and curriculum
- Deliver instructions/ teach new solar DC-installers skills – both in a physical academy as well as on-the-job
- Provide technical feedback to our DC-installers and assure quality maintenance of projects
- Conduct select solar DC installations as a Vorarbeiter
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience as a roofer/Dachdecker with significant experience in PV
- Ideally – successfully completed Ausbildung zum Dachdecker, or preferably, Dachdeckermeister
- Excitement about working with new solar-DC trainees
- Passion for education and workforce development and bringing in new talent into the climate trades
- B2+ German skills
- B2/C1 English skills
