results. ABOUT THE TEAM
The Unzer e-Commerce product team is focused on building modern and scalable payment and risk products for our merchants. Our portfolio includes all relevant payment methods, transaction-,
and consumer risk analytics, our own 3DS 2 services, and we are excited to keep adding more valuable features for our customers.
As a Product Manager – Cards Processing and Risk you will lead two teams – Cards and Risk – to consolidate the existing cards and risk products and form them into an outstanding module.
What your work will look like:
- Manage and execute the Card and Risk roadmaps of Unzer with your dedicated development teams.
- Craft Unzer’s next generation risk engine defining rules, checks, technology, and use of AI/ML.
- Work closely alongside our scheme compliance team to improve compliant processing and improved transaction behaviour.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations.Collecting their requirements and evaluate them in regards of their business case.
- You will be the very first point of contact and take care of internal knowledge, training, and communication.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- You have an expert knowledge and experience with Payment processing especially with Cards processing in particular isa must
- You have experience working with internal or 3rd party Fraud & Risk management solutions.
- You have experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner either on the side of a merchant or a solution provider.
- You exercise the Product thinking and have the owner mindset.
- You have excellent written and verbal English communication skills – you can drive meetings and lead discussions.
- You can prioritise, challenge, and evaluate the requirements of your stakeholders and our customers in regards of the product roadmap to secure the companies vision to become a European
champion. - You have a solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
