Senior Leasing Manager (m/w/d)

• Collaborate with Asset Management to create property strategies.

• Develop marketing plans for property leasing.

• Identify and select tenants.

• Compile property materials for marketing purposes.

• Organize and conduct property tours.

• Create and manage offer documentation.

• Handle negotiations through to contract signing.

• Oversee the handover of rental spaces and manage documentation.

• Maintain and update property data.

• Provide reports to property owners.

• Successfully completed education or degree in real estate management.

• At least 8 years of experience in commercial leasing.

• Strong understanding of local market and industry trends is required.

• Demonstrates an independent and team-oriented work style with a confident, professional demeanor.

• Shows high flexibility, commitment, and strong skills in acquisition and negotiation.

• Proficiency in German is required; English skills are preferred.
