Are you an experienced Agile Coach dedicated to fostering sustainable change through the power of digital solutions? Do you have a knack for elevating teams and advancing organisational
agility? Then, come aboard and accompany us on our scaled agile journey.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You will work within a product team to guide them in Agile best practices

  • You will take an active role in scaling agile practices and mindsets across the entire organization

  • You will support and mentor more junior Agile Coaches to promote continuous improvement

  • You will foster an environment where self-organized teams thrive in pursuing tech-enabled solutions focused on AI and data

HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED IN YOUR ROLE

  • You have a proven track record in Agile Coaching within cross-functional teams

  • Your expertise extends beyond coaching the team to improving whole-system processes

  • You’re comfortable with change and enjoy driving transformation agendas

  • You are adept at nurturing a culture of learning, collaboration, and shared success

  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • You are empathetic and maintain composure when dealing with many stakeholders and various expectations

  • You enjoy teamwork and support colleagues in learning from you

  • You are fluent in English and ideally also in the local language of your office

Ramboll Tech accelerates innovation and digital transformation for the entire Ramboll group and directs all AI-related initiatives within the company. This includes collaborating with markets
at Ramboll on their AI projects, as well as working on larger change processes within the corporation and developing proprietary AI products for Ramboll and our clients. Our team currently
has over 300 employees from Denmark, Germany, the USA, and India. We are looking to quickly expand in key areas across Europe and the globe.
