- Entwicklung und Beschreibung von PM-Prozessen bzw. Umsetzung vonbereits
- vorhandenen Prozessen auf lokale Anwendungsvorgaben.
- Unterstützung des Projektleiters bei der Einführung / Anwendung vonSchwerpunkt-Prozessen
- Unterstützung des Projektleiters bei Planung, Koordination und verfolgendeBerichterstattung der Projekt Reviews am Standort
- Schulung und Training von Mitarbeitern in den Funktionsbereichen undProjektteams absichern
- Prozess-Auswertung und Erarbeitung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen zurSicherstellung der Übertragung von Erfahrungen auf andere Projekte (LessonsLearned / Best Practice)
- Entwicklung und Konsolidierung von KPI’s
- Unterstützung des Projektleiters bei der Entwicklung / Optimierung / Pflegeeiner für das Projekt zugeschnittenen Toolbox bzgl. des Schwerpunkt –Prozesses
- Begleitung desProjektleiters bei der Vorbereitung / Planung / Durchführungvon projekt- und standortrelevanten Audits / Reviews (z. B.: PRO, IRIS)
- Koordination der Berichterstattung zu Aktivitäten bzgl. Des Schwerpunkt-Prozesses am Standort / ggf. Abstimmung mit BU / Divisional P&PM / GroupPM
- Allgemeine Unterstützung des Projektleiters
