The process management team is at the intersection of our operational Seafreight-teams and the Tech department. Ensuring smooth, automated and lean processes in our operational systems
like the TMS and customer platform and continuously improving by technical solutions. We are having the responsibility to streamline operational requirements towards the Tech-teams with
the target to continuously improve TMS and related processes

You will

  • Define, implement and document Seafreight processes to empower the operational handling in the most efficient way
  • Alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure frictionless end-to-end processes are built
  • Drive continuous improvement of standard and customized processes to ensure quality and efficiency in our logistical processes
  • Define business requirements for IT systems in close collaboration with our Tech department (Product and Engineering) and be the first point of contact for Tech teams to represent
    Seafreight Europe
  • Set-up standard operating procedures for key processes and train process users on new releases and adaptations in the systems as well a continuously support with process-related
    questions
  • Collaborate in cross-functional projects to implement AI technologies to continuously improve user experience and implement them in daily processes
  • Drive automation of processes to improve operational productivity while maintaining service quality

What you bring

  • You have 3 years+ experience in Seafreight and operational shipment handling, process management experience is a plus
  • You are confident working in a fast-growing environments, where structures and processes are adjusted & improved regularly to meet business needs
  • You had first touchpoints with business process mapping techniques and knowledge management concepts
  • You have an outstanding work ethic and a strong sense of ownership for your tasks
  • You are diligent and a strong problem solver, thinking end-to-end processes
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • You are fluent in English, ideally also in German
