You will join our German team in the heart of Berlin to support with office management as well as acting as the Executive Assistant to our General Manager to manage and maintain our
General Manager’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements. Some other main duties will include:
  • Providing a proactive day to day office and admin management service, including being the first point of contact for all office enquiries
  • Acting as IT coordinator for the office and working with our European IT team to resolve any issues.
  • Instigating, preparing and running weekly update meetings with the General Manager to ensure thorough understanding of the issues and matters dealt with or coming up
  • Being responsible for Health and Safety for the office

position we are also looking for you to have:
  • Proven experience within office administrator and/or Executive Assistant roles with the desire to learn and develop into a full office manager role in due course
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and achieve goals
  • A high level of practical common-sense, with the ability to analyse and solve problems
  • Be a highly collaborative team player
Ideally you will also hold a bachelor’s degree and a health and safety qualification although this is not a pre-requisite.
