Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

Are you a logistics expert with a passion for efficiency and innovation? Join our dynamic team in Berlin as a Logistics Manager (m/f/d) and take charge of our logistics operations. In this
role, you’ll be responsible for managing the inbound and outbound logistics for our e-bikes, batteries and battery stations across the EU and beyond. Your expertise will ensure that our
products are delivered on time, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

• You coordinate the transportation of e-bikes, batteries and battery stations from our production facility to the warehouse.
• You oversee the transportation of products from our warehouse to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• You manage internal operational transport needs to support our business functions.
• You develop and maintain strong relationships with logistic partners.
• You optimize loading orders onto trucks to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• You track and monitor shipments and deliveries, resolving any issues that may arise.
• You assist in negotiating contracts and rates with logistics providers to secure the best terms.
• You ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to transportation, shipping, and dangerous goods.

• You have proven experience in logistics management, preferably in the transportation of goods within the EU.
• You have strong knowledge of FTL (Full Truck Load), LTL (Less than Truck Load), groupage, and last mile deliveries.
• You have experience in managing inbound and outbound logistics, preferably with a focus on e-bikes or similar products.
• You bring excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with logistics partners.
• You are familiar with relevant transportation laws and regulations, including those related to dangerous goods.
• You bring a problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle logistical issues and delays effectively.
• You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
