Are you looking for a new challenge? Then become a part of the KoRo team as a Logistics Manager (m/f/d) in our Retail Logistics department, where efficiency meets innovation! In this
position, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and managing our warehouse processes to ensure smooth operations, and you will contribute to many other exciting tasks.

  • Responsibility for the smooth handling of daily B2B/B2C orders.
  • Monitoring all related aspects of warehouse operations, including goods receipt, storage, order processing, and shipping, to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Acting as the interface with our customers regarding delivery coordination, claims, documentation, evaluations, and other customer-related tasks.
  • Coordinating and leading the implementation of initiatives for continuous improvement of the delivery experience.
  • Actively participating in the maintenance of master data and the further development/automation of, for example, delivery notes.
  • Taking responsibility for warehouse/delivery-related invoices and carefully identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges to ensure seamless and uninterrupted warehouse management.

Your profile

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in FMCG or e-commerce companies.
  • You have excellent English and German language skills.
  • You live in Berlin or the surrounding area, or you are willing to relocate for your new challenge.
  • You have good experience working with third-party providers.
  • Additional experience with Dynamics Business Central, Netstock, or using Pixi as a WMS is a big plus!
  • You demonstrate a solution-oriented approach to work with a practical and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Last but not least: You are a good team player!
