Summary

As the Lead Product Owner overseeing the domain of Identity & Access Management (IAM) end-to-end for Signavio, your primary role will be to establish clear strategies, define objectives,
and ensure delivery via synchronization of the efforts of embedded product owners and associated engineering teams. With a keen focus on initiative delivery, stakeholder communication,
dependency and project management, you will form a vital connection between the strategic roadmap of our collective teams and the broader objectives of our department.

What you’ll do

  • Directly interacting with various Product Owners, Product Managers, other stakeholders, and customers, defining the overall direction of the domain of IAM.

  • Making high-impact decisions concerning the strategic direction and prioritization of engineering efforts.

  • Addressing critical issues, promoting transparency, and aligning improvement efforts across different teams.

  • Ensure correct prioritization of work packages & deliverables across teams, managing dependencies and the roadmap.

  • Lead Signavio’s product strategy execution for the domain of IAM and breaking it down into reasonable delivery milestones to ensure the constant delivery of value to our customers.

  • Serve as the spokesperson and ambassador of the domain, celebrating key accomplishments across the organization.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience (7+ years) working in agile software development environments, with a significant track record in technical service-oriented roles.

  • Excellent product owner skills with demonstrated ability to take a product domain from initial concept to production in a B2B environment.

  • Strong analytical and creative mindset with the ability to drive change and work in a data-driven and structured manner.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to balance technical and business domains, adapt to different audiences and to manage decisions transparently both up and down the
    organization.

  • Ability to lead through and create progress when things aren’t clear, or the way forward is not yet well-defined

  • Having work experience and knowledge of identity and access management and related technologies & standards is a strong plus.

  • High level of self-awareness and reflectivity, serving as a role model in terms of teamwork.
