Als Teil des Brand Teams trägst Du dazu bei, die Marke AMORELIE auf unseren Social Media Kanälen zu präsentieren. Dabei bist Du die Ansprechperson für alle Social Media bezogenen Fragen
und verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Erstellung von Content und die Umsetzung von Social Media Kampagnen.

• Du bist AMORELIE’s Brand Ambassador und das Gesicht auf unseren Social-Media-Kanälen

• Du kümmerst Dich um den Auf- und Ausbau der AMORELIE Social-Media-Kanäle

• Du entwickelst den täglichen Redaktionsplan für unsere Kanäle und bist für die Erstellung des Contents in Bild, Video und Text verantwortlich

• Du beobachtest den Markt, identifizierst und bewertest aktuelle Trends im Bereich Social Media

• Du konzipierst Social-Media-Kampagnen, setzt diese eigenständig oder in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Creative Team um

• Du entwickelst stets neue und kreative Ideen für Social-Media-Formate, um die Reichweite, das Engagement und die Brand Awareness weiter auszubauen

• Du interagierst mit der AMORELIE-Community im täglichen Community Management

• Du unterstützt bei der Konzipierung der Social-Media-Strategie anhand des jährlichen Kommunikationsplans sowie der Marketing- und Unternehmensziele

• Du leitest ein Reporting des Contents ab und ziehst Schlüsse für die Optimierung unserer Kanäle

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Medien, Wirtschafts- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften, alternativ in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

• Du hast bereits aussagekräftige Erfahrung im Social-Media-Marketing

• Du kennst Dich mit relevanten KPIs (z.B. Reach, Impressions, Engagement, Sentiment) und Content-Planungs- und -Designtools (z.B. Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) aus

• Dich kennzeichnet eine ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise, eine hohe Flexibilität sowie ein ausgeprägtes Maß an Eigeninitiative und eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft

• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Office-Tools

• Du verfügst über Grundkenntnisse in der Bild- und Videobearbeitung

• Dein Herz schlägt für Social Media und Du erkennst sofort neue Trends und Formate

• Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend – mündlich wie schriftlich

As part of the brand team, you will help to present the AMORELIE brand on our social media channels. You will be the contact person for all social media-related questions and responsible
for the development and creation of content and the implementation of social media campaigns.

• You are AMORELIE’s Brand Ambassador and the face of our social media channels
• You take care of the development and expansion of the AMORELIE social media channels
• You develop the daily editorial plan for our channels and are responsible for the creation of content in image, video and text
• You monitor the market, identify and evaluate current trends in social media
• You design social media campaigns and implement them independently or in collaboration with our creative team
• You constantly develop new and creative ideas for social media formats to further expand reach, engagement and brand awareness
• You interact with the AMORELIE community in daily community management
• You support the development of the social media strategy based on the annual communication plan as well as the marketing and company goals
• You analyze the content reports and draw conclusions for the optimization of our channels

• You have a degree in marketing, media, economics or communication sciences, alternatively in a comparable field of study
• You already have meaningful experience in social media marketing
• You are familiar with relevant KPIs (e.g. reach, impressions, engagement, sentiment) and content planning and design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud)
• You are characterized by a results-oriented way of working, a high degree of flexibility as well as a pronounced degree of initiative and a high level of motivation
• You are confident in using Office tools
• You have basic knowledge of image and video editing
• Your heart beats for social media and you immediately recognize new trends and formats
• You are fluent in German and English – both spoken and written
