Job Description

  • Develop, establis and ensure a dedicated, specialist management of our internal and external IT service providers (vendor management)
  • Define control-relevant KPIs in the area of responsibility independently and ensure communication with internal and external IT service providers
  • Ensure the monitoring of KPIs relevant to management and deriving preventive and countermeasures in the event of target failures as well as tracking over- and underperformance
  • Act as the communication and escalation interface and carry out operational quality support for all IT services as well as develop and carry out performance dialogues with internal and
    external IT service providers.

Qualifications

  • Completed studies in (business) informatics or economics with a focus on informatics or comparable training with relevant professional experience
  • Experience in managing service providers, ideally also for complex IT services, e.g. in the cloud environment, incl. escalation management 
  • Extensive knowledge of project and process management tools and methods
  • Professional experience in IT service management, IT provider management or comparable function with experience in dealing with IT outsourcing contracts
  • Experience in managing projects related to key performance indicators and processes, from analysis to realization or implementation
  • Strategic, structured way of working as well as negotiating skills and a high degree of assertiveness
  • IT affinity with strong consulting and problem-solving skills as well as analytical and business understanding
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
