IT Operations Assistant
(Paid Internship)
Working field:
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Seamlessly integrate new hires and manage departures.
- Email Groups: Create and delete email groups as needed.
- Tech Support: Be the first line of defense for technical/IT issues.
- Notion Maintenance: Keep our Notion workspace organized and up-to-date.
- Zapier Integrations: Check and maintain the state of our Zapier integrations.
- Security Setup: Set up and monitor warehouse security cameras.
Requirements:
- Availability: Able to commit 20 hours per week with the possibility of moving to a full-time position.
- Languages: Must be fluent in English and German.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent Googling skills.
- Experience with Notion and Google Workspace is a plus, but not required.
