Your role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Invoice Excellence team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and
contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our invoicing processes.

You will

  • Collaborate with operations and commercial stakeholders to resolve invoice disputes promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely payments.
  • Handle daily processing of billing-related tickets in JIRA to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition.
  • Manage and process customer billing preference requests within our system landscapes, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company policies.
  • Assist in the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance and streamline invoicing processes.
  • Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing process efficiency and accuracy.

What you bring

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Experience with JIRA is appreciated but not required.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
