About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant and high-performing team. In this role, you will support the team with daily work and project work, working in Global Mobility and
Travel and growing your career by increasing your knowledge in immigration, international taxation, social security, and relocation. You will have an immense impact on the lives of our
international employees and will work with our amazing, high-performing Global Mobility and Travel team.

This role is based in Berlin and reports to Michali Henig (Head of Global Mobility and Travel)

What you’ll do

  • Have a business impact by assisting the business to onboard new hires and retain international employees via mobility programs, along with an impact on new hires and employees‘
    lives by taking part in their relocation, immigration, and settling-in journey
  • In your daily work, you will have diverse responsibilities, such as: Running visa and start date assessments for new hires, accompanying cases from hire to start behind the scenes,
    ensuring immigration compliance within the organization, taking care of remote work requests, and support the team with escalations and projects
  • Have a stake in shaping the future of Global Mobility at HelloFresh by taking part in our team’s transformation journey
  • Become an active member of our Global Mobility team, working on relocation to Berlin and remote hire cases, making visa assessments, and performing overall GM-generalist duties
  • Take part in project work, driving Global Mobility at HelloFresh forward and supporting our transformation into a Center of Excellence by using data, innovation, and technology
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders within the People Team to ensure best practices, compliance, and a seamless new hire and employee experience
  • Assist employees with business travel related issues and work to proactively improve our travel program across HelloFresh

What you’ll bring

  • 2-4 years of experience working in Global Mobility
  • You love working with people and humbly enjoy taking part in their journey behind the scenes
  • You are very well organized, pay great attention to detail, and can juggle multiple tasks at the same time
  • You thrive outside of your comfort zone, live to learn new things, and enjoy variation during your working day
  • You are data-driven and analytical and can apply an analytical approach to your daily work, work with data, and take meaningful learnings from existing data
  • You have excellent communication skills, which allow you to explain complicated topics simply to your stakeholders (as if they were 5 years old)
  • You are a great team player who truly believes in the magic that happens when teams come together
