East Stroudsburg University’s Department of Athletic Training is looking for a Part-Time Temporary Adjunct for the Fall semester. Located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of
Pennsylvania, ESU’s proximity to New York City and Philadelphia provides convenient access to professional markets, careers, and social activities. Just minutes from campus are the country’s
largest water parks, scenic Delaware Water Gap Recreation Area, Appalachian Trail, and other opportunities for recreational fun.

The Department of Athletic Training at East Stroudsburg University invites applications for a part-time, temporary position for the upcoming fall. The applicant will teach undergraduate and
possibly graduate courses in the CAATE-accredited Athletic Training Programs at ESU. The faculty member may serve as an instructor for clinical proficiency related course(s) and selected
undergraduate and possibly graduate lecture/laboratories.

ESU’s Athletic Training Department offers a bachelors and master’s program of study that leads to a BS or MS in Athletic Training. The program offers a comprehensive foundation of courses and
an opportunity for students to select elective courses to prepare students to excel in Athletic Training.

Qualifications

Certified Athletic Trainer with a master’s degree in athletic training or closely related field. Experience teaching courses with competencies in athletic training strongly encouraged.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in CAATE-accredited programs.
