Your contribution to success
- Managing the electronic document management system (d3) and quality control
- Managing documents for the QA department and verifying the effectiveness of adjustments to the QA system
- Recording and analysing quality defects and initiating corrective and preventive actions
- Support development and project management
- Implementation and monitoring of risk assessment procedures related to CE conformity
- Contribute to the systematic tracking of specifications and their documentation
- Issuing and managing certificates of conformity
- Point of contact for communication with suppliers, customers and authorities
This qualifies you
- Degree or professional experience in a technical or scientific field
- Very good knowledge of regulatory requirements for devices in the pharmaceutical environment
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Good knowledge of risk management methods (product life cycle)
- First professional experience in CE conformity (assessment) procedures & risk assessment
- Knowledge of the Low Voltage, Machinery and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directives
