Aufgaben

  • Management and optimize our private and public cloud stacks in a team of DevOps Engineers.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and error-free deployments.
  • Collaborate with the teams to design and implement scalable, reliable, and cost-effective (primarily serverless) solutions.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure system health and performance.
  • Work closely with our software development teams to understand requirements and provide solutions that align with the company’s vision.
  • Monitor the performance of the stacks you contribute to, and work on optimizing them for better scalability and user experience. Implement monitoring tools and strategies to detect and
    mitigate potential issues before they affect the business.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends in cloud computing and serverless architectures.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute runbooks and playbooks for incident response.
  • Participate in post-mortem analysis to drive continuous improvement across serverless architectures.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Organize operations shifts during working hours of our core customers

Qualifikation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a DevOps, SysOps, or similar role, with a strong focus on cloud and serverless technologies.
  • Expertise in AWS serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, and Aurora Serverless.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Amazon CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray or third-party solutions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong understanding of coding and scripting with Python.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code (e.g., AWS CloudFormation).
  • Familiarity with incident management processes and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Ability to learn on your own.
