- Answering English and German/French/Italian/Spanish customer queries on the phone
- Support by e-mail
- Help with technical questions about our products
Required Language
French, German, English, Italian, Spanish
- Fluency English (C2-level) and very good knowledge of German/French/Italian/Spanish
- Flexibility in terms of working hours
- Already knowledge of customer service
- Very good PC skills
- Valid work permit and residence in Berlin
- Willingness to work 5 times a week

Working hours: Mon – Su between 2 PM- 10:45 PM
Salary: 2.152 – 2.352 €/month (Fixed salary 2.152 €/month at 40h/week + performance bonus up to 200 €/month)
- Permanent position with 27 – 30 holiday days (depending on length of service) + special leave for private occasions
