- Working in one of the most successful areas of the corporation, the Pharma Unit, which has experienced tremendous growth, especially in the last 5 years.

- Flexible working hours (no core working hours).
- High level of autonomy and independence.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, evaluating, and promoting new business opportunities and partnerships to ensure future growth.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline for potential products and partnerships.
- Cultivating relationships with industry stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Negotiating contracts and developing compelling business proposals.
- Collaborating with internal teams.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s, MBA, or PhD degree in Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or Pharmacy.
- Relevant experience in Business Development within the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in English communication (German is not mandatory).
- High willingness to travel (approximately 40%).
