JOB DESCRIPTION

HelloFresh is looking for an Associate Director, Procurement and SCM Center of Excellence to lead process definition, standardization, improvement, and digitalization across the
Procure-to-Pay domain in 10+ international markets. With a scope that covers processes and technology in: Forecasting, Planning, Supply Chain operations, and direct Purchase-to-pay this
role will have a huge impact on the future success of HelloFresh and its supply chain.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the Digital Process Excellence team for P2P, Planning and Operations, including mentoring and developing five talented Process Excellence and Digital procurement Managers
  • Manage the project portfolio of the team by relentlessly prioritizing new and existing projects
  • Become a thought leader and create a long-term vision for the domain to become best-in-class in the industry, including a definition of the ideal process and system landscape
  • Own the relevant process landscape and oversee process changes and improvements in different markets
  • Lead the definition and calculation of process adherence metrics and governance
  • Lead digital deployments within procurement and SCM, coordinating project management and change management activities
  • Work closely with our HelloFresh Technical teams as well as business stakeholders to define business requirements and drive digitalization
  • Continuously challenge the status quo to drive improvement
  • Establishes strong partnerships with senior leaders across IT, Technology, Engineering, Finance, and local markets to ensure an integrated and aligned approach to digital
    procurement transformation
  • Engages closely with senior stakeholders in understanding their requirements, and relevant initiatives and addressing resistance to change
  • Analyze and present data in order to provide solid recommendations for the project to the senior leadership team

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 8+ years of experience preferably as a procurement consultant or related role in a similar company with a focus on the Procure-to-Pay domain with a Business/Engineering/Supply Chain
    degree
  • Experience in developing and harmonizing global procurement processes
  • Experience with developing and executing digital transformation strategies within a comparable organization
  • Experience in the deployment and development of digital procurement tools
  • Experience in writing Business requirements documents (BRD) and creating Business cases for digital procurement Projects
  • Superior analytical skills and operational modeling capabilities connected to strategic thinking
  • Experience in agile ways of working and advanced project management skills
  • Exemplary stakeholder management experience across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to handle conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to lead and engage people in a constantly evolving environment
  • Ability to influence business partners, present ideas effectively, and facilitate discussion with multiple inputs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and self-management skills with a strong focus on teamwork.
  • Assertive, responsible, and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate complex situations.
  • Language: English, and other European languages considered a plus (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian)
