As a Working Student in our Organizational Development team, you will support us in shaping the future of our procurement organization. Your contributions will support our global transformation
projects, focusing on enhancing, enabling, and supporting our global function. Here’s how you can make a difference:
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support talent development for global transformation projects to accelerate the successful adoption of new skills and competencies
- Develop your own ideas and actively participate, e.g., in organizing workshops or creating trainings
- Create, manage, and design internal SharePoint websites to enhance data transparency and provide materials for important presentations
- Engage in digitalization projects aimed at increasing user adoption of both new and existing tools
What You Bring
- Current studies (Bachelor’s/Master’s/Diploma) focused on business administration, information technology, or human/social sciences
- Interest in cultural change, employee development, transformation, and digital technologies
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across functions, locations, and multicultural environments
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint) with an interest in developing digital skills (Power BI, Alteryx, WalkMe)
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); German is a plus
- Facilitation, moderation, and experience in workshop and training design are a plus
