Your Mission

As Website Manager, you’ll take the lead in managing over 18 global websites using our headless CMS platform (Contentstack). You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, tech, and user
experience — ensuring our digital presence is high-performing, accessible, and always on brand.

️ Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of 18+ global websites
  • Collaborate with regional teams to update, localize, and launch digital content
  • Own and optimize eBooking flows and other core website features
  • Ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and on-time publication of content
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and marketers to implement new features
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics / GA4
  • Maintain workflows and governance within Contentstack for publishing and approvals
  • Lead accessibility compliance and continuous website audits
  • Support and train content editors across regions
  • Oversee new site rollouts, migrations, and redesigns
  • Coordinate performance tools (hosting, CDN, uptime, speed)
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and best practices

Your Profile

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Marketing or related fields

Experience

  • 5–8 years in web-related roles
  • 3–5 years of hands-on website/content management (global/enterprise sites)
  • 1–3 years of experience with headless CMS platforms (preferably Contentstack or similar)
  • Experience managing localization, translation workflows, and international teams
  • Vendor or agency management experience

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Analytical mindset with an eye for UX and performance
  • Calm and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Adaptable in fast-paced digital environments
  • Project management knowledge (Agile, Scrum, or PMP a plus)
  • Basic HTML/CSS/JS understanding
  • CMS, SEO, and Google Analytics know-how

Language Skills

  • Business-level English proficiency
