We are an innovative and fast-growing startup program at KIT, currently seeking a highly motivated and responsible Student Assistant to support us with project management, website
maintenance, internal process optimization, documentation, and a variety of other explorative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and
challenging environment.

Your Responsibilities: – Assist with project management, including planning, monitoring, and reporting
– Help with day-to-day website maintenance and optimization
– Support internal process improvements to increase efficiency
– Take care of documentation, organization, and management of materials
– Handle other tasks as needed to support the daily operations of the team What We Expect from You: – Strong motivation to learn and a passion for problem-solving
– Willingness to take on new challenges and work on unknown tasks
– Flexibility and a hands-on attitude to adapt to different tasks
– Prior experience in one of the following fields: project management, website maintenance, or process optimization and interest in the other fields (we welcome eager learners)
– Self-driven, creative, and able to execute tasks independently
