Our Examination Office is looking for a

Student Assistant (gn)

part-time (10 hours per week), to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • Issuing documents to students and alumni, e.g. attendance certificates, transcripts, end of study confirmations, and processing documents that students submit to the Examination Office,
    e.g. medical certificates and internship documents
  • Updating information in the Learning Management System (LMS) „Moodle” for students
  • Handling data & statistics of students in the Campus Management System (CMS) „Academy5”
  • Archiving exams
  • Supporting the Examination Office in tasks related to Master`s thesis examination, organization of online and in-class exams, proctoring exams and graduation of students

Your profile:

  • Enrolled student at a German university
  • Proficiency with MS-Office applications
  • Experience working with Moodle and Academy 5 is beneficial
  • Detail-oriented and precise working style
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Reliable and ability to deal with confidential matters responsibly
  • Excellent oral and written command of English and German
  • Availability for at least 6 months (long-term option for up to 2 years possible)
