We are seeking a dedicated and motivated student employee to join our research team at Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin, within the Hyperthermia Department for Cancer Therapy. This
position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research aimed at improving cancer treatment outcomes through advanced hyperthermia techniques. Computer simulations
of radiofrequency hyperthermia will be conducted in patient models to explore potential dose-effect relationships.
Dependend on agreement with the applicants University the conduction of a Bachelors or Masters thesis is possible (3 to 6 months).

Die Stelle im Überblick

Creation of Patient Models:

• Develop detailed patient models using computed tomography (CT) scans in DICOM format

Electromagnetic Field (EMF) Simulations:

• Conduct EMF simulations of tumor regions using Sim4Life software

Data Analysis:

• Analyze and correlate simulation results with clinical outcomes post-EMF hyperthermia therapy

Danach suchen wir:

• Regularly enrolled student or enrolled student

Academic Background:

• Current student in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming and understanding of EMF simulation tools is appreciated
