What We’re Looking For:

A SEA Marketing Specialist with experience in the operational handling of paid search campaigns. We’re looking for someone with a highly analytical mind who enjoys working with ad tech tools
and collaborating with our clients. This position is an exciting challenge for experts in e-commerce and operational performance marketing.

What You Bring:

  • Completed studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the operational handling of paid search campaigns via Google, Bing or other platforms. Additional experience with other paid media channels, such as Paid Social
    or Dynamic Display Ads, is a big plus but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset to achieve client KPIs.
  • A keen interest in gaining a deep understanding of a product to effectively measure and analyze advertising efforts.
  • Fluent German and good English skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational setup of search engine advertising campaigns.
  • Monitoring, optimization, and performance tracking using our reporting tools.
  • Communicating platform reports and advising on optimization measures and suitable testing strategies.
  • Developing tracking and targeting solutions for relevant and measurable touchpoints.
  • Collaborating with SEO specialists to identify keyword opportunities.
  • Continuous learning in web analytics tools like GA4 and sharing knowledge internally and externally.
  • Engaging with national and international website marketers and publishers.
