County: Kirklyn, Wesbroom Park, Broomall area.

As a Tool Route Sales Operator, you will be an employee of Matco Tools responsible for operating a company-owned mobile store. You are responsible for providing the sales and financing of
automotive tools, equipment, and merchandise to customers on your route. In this role, you will call on leads, build strong relationships, identify new business, and maintain customers
within your designated area. Your additional responsibilities require merchandising the mobile store as outlined through company policy, in addition to other related tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage mobile store sales within the assigned route resulting in sales of Matco tools, equipment, and merchandise.
Maintain accurate inventory counts on the mobile store.
Build relationships and conduct personal sales calls to customers within the route.
Maintain accountability for sales, collections, and daily deposits of accounts receivable.
Maintain and take pride in the condition of the company store.
Interaction and sharing of best practices with teammates and leadership
Attend scheduled business meetings
Attend paid training in Stow, OH for one week

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree preferred (essential for future career progression).
Proven sales or relevant industry experience with a sales background.
Building key stakeholder relationships and influence.
Ability to drive a 20ft commercial truck (commercial license not required).
Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and over 100 lbs occasionally (with or without reasonable accommodations)
Tech savvy; ability to use smartphones, payment apps, SaaS products
You must be able to pass a DOT physical, background check, and drug screen (at no cost to you).
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
High energy level and motivation to achieve goals.
Dedicated to meeting customer expectations and requirements.
