• Dabei behältst du Wirtschaftlichkeit, Ressourcen und Budgets stets im Blick und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Projektverlauf.
• Du führst Konzeptions- und Strategieworkshops durch und moderierst den Austausch mit Kund:innen, Entwickler:innen, Designer:innen sowie externen Agenturen.
• Du bringst neue Impulse ein – insbesondere in den Bereichen Web-Innovation, Künstliche Intelligenz (AI) und Automatisierung.

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medien-/Kommunikationsdesign, Tourismusmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Alternativ: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im (Web-)Projektmanagement – auch als Quereinsteiger:in
• 2–3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Leitung von Web-Projekten, idealerweise in einer Digitalagentur oder im digitalen Umfeld
• Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Tools wie Asana, Jira oder ClickUp von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit CMS-Systemen (z. B. WordPress, TYPO3, Craft CMS) sowie grundlegendes technisches Verständnis (HTML, Hosting, APIs, SEO) – Verständnis für die Systemlandschaft der

• Completed studies or training in the field of business administration, business informatics, media/communication design, tourism management or a comparable qualification
• Alternatively: Several years of professional experience in (web) project management – also as a career changer
• 2-3 years of practical experience in the independent management of web projects, ideally in a digital agency or in a digital environment
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Jira or ClickUp is an advantage
• Confident handling of CMS systems (e.g. WordPress, TYPO3, Craft CMS) as well as basic technical understanding (HTML, hosting, APIs, SEO) – understanding of the hotel industry’s system
  landscape is not a must, but an advantage
• Experience in working with developers and a good understanding of web processes
• Strong communication skills, empathy and confidence in customer contact – even with complex issues
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of quality awareness
• Interest or initial experience in the field of AI & automation of web processes
• Enthusiasm for the hotel and tourism industry – ideally with a feel for its digital challenges
