What you can expect

  • You will care for patients with long-term ventilation or tracheostoma in the process of controlled weaning from ventilation
  • You actively shape the nursing care – individually, interdisciplinary and closely coordinated with respiratory therapy and medicine
  • You specifically promote patient independence, observe clinical changes and document them professionally
  • You take responsibility for implementing weaning concepts, secretion management and tracheostoma care
  • Accompanied induction with mentoring, clear learning objectives and targeted preparation for everyday life on the ward
  • Your work has a tangible impact: you accompany people on their way back to breathing on their own – with empathy and perseverance

What you bring with you

  • Completed training as a registered nurse, ideally already with professional experience
  • Experience in out-of-hospital or clinical respiratory care is desirable
  • A team-oriented personality, a sense of responsibility and empathy in dealing with patients and their relatives
  • The ability to maintain an overview even in challenging situations
  • Interest in professional and personal development
  • Legally required proof of immunization against measles
