About the role:
• Client Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation of our cloud financial solutions.
• Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
• Client Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the features and benefits of our solutions.
• Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a cohesive and coordinated onboarding experience.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding processes to enhance client satisfaction and efficiency.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation and resources for clients.
What makes you excel in this position:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience (3+ years) in customer facing roles, such as support or consulting, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale, distributed cloud systems.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and associated technologies.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Cash Application, Collections and/or Payments processes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across teams.
