Deutsche Bank is renewing its focus on Customer Experience by expanding its Corporate Bank product design team. Corporate Bank is a technology-centric business, with an increasing client
appetite for real-time processing, integrated systems and access to supporting data.
Deutsche Bank is one of the few banks with the scale and network to compete aggressively in this space, with a breadth of investment in this area unmatched by our peers. Joining the team is a
unique opportunity to help re-design the core of some mission critical processing systems from the ground up.
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer (f/m/x) to join Trust & Agency Services. Deutsche Bank’s extensive offerings across the debt and equity capital markets include trustee, agency,
escrow, document custody and related services as well as depositary receipts.

Your key responsibilities
-
Lead a project team through the discovery, design, development and delivery processes of a project, while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Run workshop/walkthrough sessions using Design Sprint and Design Thinking methodologies.

Perform project specific design reviews using accepted heuristics.

Constantly push for a user-centred approach while delivering to business requirements.

Design user-friendly, accessible, best practice and pixel-perfect mobile-first applications for web and devices (iOS, Android, responsive web and WCAG 2.1 AA standards)

Work with development to review and deliver applications.
Your skills and experiences
-
Many years of relevant professional and deep working experience.
-
Bachelor’s degree in information or interaction design, communication design or studies in a comparable subject.

A broad and comprehensive knowledge in user experience and user interface design supported by a portfolio of case studies (please provide this)

Previous experience in designing complicated enterprise-level workflows.

Expertise in the following applications: Figma, Adobe Creative, Cloud, Axure

Fluent in spoken and written English

The skill to effectively communicate and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
