You can look forward to these tasks

  • Support of the CWS Workwear Sustainability Lead transforming our sustainability and ESG strategies and driving projects around our sustainable product portfolio and
    decarbonization efforts

  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for sustainability projects and certifications (e.g., ISO standards).

  • Analyze Data, support data validation for CSRD and other upcoming EU legislations (German Supply Chain Act, EPR, Product Passport)

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of environmental initiatives, including emission reduction and resource efficiency.

  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate progress and key findings.

  • Conducting company audits (SBTi, EcoVadis, Integrity Next, ISO certifications)

  • Project management on Waste and Decarbonisation action plan and targets

These skills distinguish you

  • Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Preferably, prior experience in Project Management, Carbon Emission Management, and company audits.

  • A high degree of initiative, independence and a sense of responsibility characterize you

  • Organizational and communication skills as well as teamwork skills round off your profile

  • Passion for sustainability and driving positive change

  • Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel)

  • Fluent in English and German
