Our Product Support team in Vendor Growth ensures smooth product usage across the organization, solving stakeholder problems with speed, clarity, and precision. This is a
fantastic opportunity to gain real-world experience, work with cross-functional teams, and support the backbone of our platforms globally.

Support senior team members with investigations and performing basic analysis

Learn how to navigate technical platforms and collaborate with internal teams, Engineers, and Product Managers

Assist our platform stakeholders in resolving bugs or issues and relay technical information in an informative and concise manner.

Contribute to operational tasks such as reporting, product documentation, and testing or validation work.

Help shape internal processes for the team through observation and suggestion.
- Familiar with agile software development and related tools.

Curious mindset with an eagerness to learn how to solve problems, ask questions, identify basic root causes, and suggest improvements.

Strong team player, with an ability to connect people and teams.

Hands-on attitude, able to take initiative, get things done in a timely and effective manner, and seek feedback to improve.

Excellent English skills in both written and verbal communication
