Support – Dutch speaking (m/f/x) part-time 20h/week (95% remote).

Your Tasks:
- First point of contact for HR concerns of employees and managers in the EMEA region, with a focus on the Netherlands & Belgium
- Advising managers and employees on various HR topics, policies, and requests
- Initiating and managing HR processes on behalf of managers to ensure efficient operations
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations by handling requests via the HR Hotline & ServiceNow
- Coordinating onboarding & offboarding, including data entry, contract documents, and system registration
- Supporting global HR processes in the areas of performance management, talent development, retention, and compensation
- Managing time and attendance, benefits enrollments, digital personnel files, and statements of employment
- Collaborating with HR Business Partners, mobility experts, and HR Operations on organizational changes and international transfers
- Creating reports to track key milestones in the employee lifecycle
- Collaborating on HR projects, including process design, system testing, documentation, and communication
Your Profile:
- Completed studies (not mandatory) in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a comparable field
- 1-2 years of professional experience in HR administration, HR business partnering, or talent acquisition, ideally in an international matrix organization
- Good knowledge of labor law and employment policies
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Dutch, other European languages (Spanish, Italian, French, Danish) are an advantage
- Discretion & experience in handling sensitive data
- Service-oriented approach & ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Solution-oriented & strong problem-solving skills
- Good prioritization skills & ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Experience with HRIS software, especially Workday & ServiceNow
