Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Supervise accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
- Collaborate with external auditors and prepare for audit processes.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to maintain the integrity of financial information.
- Develop and refine financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Support investment decisions and perform risk assessments as needed.
- Coordinate with various departments to enhance financial decision-making and performance.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in financial management software and accounting tools.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
- Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
