Troubleshooting and Repairs:
Identify and address issues related to infrastructure, utilities, and equipment.

Respond promptly to critical facility equipment concerns to enhance safety and minimize downtime.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute repair requests effectively.

Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Documentation:
Follow established PM procedures to maintain overall facilities integrity.

Oversee scheduled maintenance activities for utilities systems (e. g., HVAC, liquid/gas systems, waste systems).

Perform daily walkthroughs and inspections of buildings, utilities, and equipment.

Maintain accurate facility documentation, adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Resource Management:
Utilize, manage, and schedule external resources as needed.
Maintain an inventory of basic supplies and spare parts for utilities and process equipment.
Leverage computer skills, including CMMS data entry.

Installation and Commissioning:
Participate in setting up and commissioning critical utility systems, process equipment, and analytical tools.

Compliance and Core Values:
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, site procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Uphold Core Values and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Additional Duties:
Fulfill any other tasks assigned by management.

1-2 years of experience in a cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) environment.
Refrigeration/HVAC Certification, Class A Engineer, Technical associate’s degree, or completion of a Trade School Apprentice/Journeyman program with relevant work experience is
required.

Previous experience in servicing and maintaining buildings, facilities, and process equipment, including daily walk-through checks on critical utility systems.

Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical drawings.

Familiarity with electrical/mechanical test equipment.

Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and Work Order/PM data entries.

Understanding of OSHA safety requirements and handling hazardous chemicals.
