As an Enterprise Relationship Manager (f/m/x), you will have a true impact in changing how companies train and develop the next
generation of employees across the globe. You will play a key role contributing to our go-to-market strategy, and you will primarily be
responsible for growing key accounts. You do this supporting their strategic initiatives and employee development initiatives by
using Sharpist’s unique approach primed with digital coaching cemented by a strong learner experience fuelled by our Sharpist app. This means you get to work with some of the most exciting
brands in DACH and globally, including names such as IKEA, LVMH or GetYourGuide.
Activities
In your role you will be the „face“ to the customer and coordinate client related requests if needed. Your role is versatile and will focus on 1. Account Management and growth (70%), 2.
Project management and coordination to ensure customer satisfaction beyond expectations (30%). You excel in forecast accuracy and dedicated follow up skills that allow for nothing to fall
through the cracks. You’ll use your business acumen & consultative mindset to identify areas where our digital coaching solution can help our clients reach their goals!
Within 1 month, you will…
- Have a successful onboarding and get to know your key stakeholders
- Understand the core value Sharpist provides to business customers and learners
Within 1 quarter, you will…
- Understand your territory and build a territory plan in line with your sales target
- Identify strategic growth opportunities to support existing clients reach their goals
- Meet with senior-level executives to demonstrate the value of our product
Within 1 year, you will…
- Significantly contribute to our enterprise segment growth
- Create trust and cement long-term relationships
- Grow revenue by identifying customers‘ needs, implementing strategic initiatives to support them

Requirements
Primary qualifications
- 3+ years in Account Management or Sales on an enterprise level
- Native-level German (C1+) and fluent English
- You can evidence (previous) target attainment and growing an existing client portfolio
- Willingness to travel if needed (up to 25%)
- You work with AI agents daily.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Tech/SaaS and L&D/HR industry is a huge plus!
- Great presentation skills along with high confidence when engaging with decision-makers
- A positive & engaged approach to working collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partners
