We are seeking a highly organized and proactive working student to join Aleph Alpha’s Customer Success team. This role is ideal for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in Customer
Success operations within a fast-growing AI-focused company. You’ll assist the team with day-to-day tasks, ensuring that key activities are carried out efficiently and helping to improve
overall productivity.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and manage sales related documents using Office 365 tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ensure that all documents meet our company’s standards in terms of format, style, and accuracy.

  • Assist with updating and maintaining customer reports

  • Work with Confluence to structure and organize Customer success related content.

  • Help prevent bottlenecks by handling routine tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the Customer Success team.

Your Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology).

  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.

  • Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Confluence for content management is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English is essential.
