About the opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Strategy & Analytics Associate to join our team and support the execution of our global growth strategy. This role is ideal for a data-driven
professional who is eager to contribute to strategic initiatives, work cross-functionally, and gain exposure to high-impact marketing projects. As part of the Growth Strategy & Analytics
team, you will assist in defining, executing, and optimising our marketing strategies while ensuring alignment with the company’s broader business objectives. This role will provide the
opportunity to collaborate closely with senior team members and gain hands-on experience in marketing analytics, planning, and execution.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the development and execution of the global marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and steering key growth levers with marketing channel owners.
  • Assist in key marketing projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders, including the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team, to achieve milestones and deliverables.
  • Help define and improve marketing processes, including planning, budgeting, and performance tracking. Ultimately, if successful, you will play a pivotal role in owning the budgeting
    process.
  • Conduct data-driven research and analysis to support marketing decisions, providing insights to optimize marketing performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product, finance, and business analytics, to support initiatives impacting the customer funnel.
  • Assist in resource allocation and project prioritization, ensuring effective deployment of marketing efforts.
  • Facilitate team alignment and knowledge sharing, ensuring consistent strategic direction across the marketing organization.

What you need to be successful:

Background:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in growth or corporate strategy, consulting, finance or a related field. Experience in fintech or startups is a plus.

Skills:

  • Analytical Mindset – Strong ability to work with data, extract insights, and support decision-making processes. Experience with Excel or SQL is a plus.
  • Strategic Thinking – Ability to translate business goals into marketing initiatives and support execution.
  • Project Management – Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Collaboration – A team-player mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability – Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
